- Those experiencing pulmonary edema, heart attacks, phlebocarcinoma, high blood pressure, or high fever
- People with burns, dermatitis, infected wounds, or malignant tumors
- Anyone who has had surgery on the skin in the area being treated
- Individuals with serious circulatory issues, such as arteriosclerosis, angina, or heart attacks
- Those suspected of having blood clots
- People with significant malformations or those who have prosthetics (or other synthetic devices) in the treatment area
- Patients who have had surgery for varicose veins
- Recent surgery patients, pregnant women, and children
